Cannelé & Honeybun is a small company started at Baker’s Market Vancouver, with a 3' x 6' table, offering unique pastry items that tickle your senses. With a passion to make irresistible cannelés and small batch artisanal cookies, Cannelé & Honeybun pays attention to quality and freshness of ingredients and never uses preservatives or artificial colors.
Inspired by a trip to San Francisco in fall 2009 and fell in love with cannelés (a small French pastry with soft and tender custard center and a dark, crispy caramelized crust; a specialty of the Bordeaux region of France), Cannelé & Honeybun was realized.
Cannelé & Honeybun brings to the community hand-made baked treats with heart and soul. A rare treat that just cannot be found on the supermarket shelf.
